This campaign aimed to make the brand Processador Intel ® Core 2 Duo well-known among the young people. It was supposed to be the main reason why they would buy a computer. We needed the consumers to associate the Dual Core technology to the brand Intel with the same success the Brand Pentium had last decade. Another important goal was to reinforce the capacity of the processor to perform different tasks at the same time, such as productivity and entertainment.
The strategy involved not only a campaign and a website. We were looking for something new regarding technology, to be able to show all the functionality of Processor Intel (R) Core 2 Duo. To meet these requirements, we have decided to make up an interactive film in which the users chose the way the main character of the story should take. Regardless of their decision, they could do everything at once. With rich media pieces of a great impact, the online campaign was the bait to have the consumers surf on the website.
Results:
The website had an incredible performance, with over 335 thousand interactions by the viewers and over 60 thousand downloads made.
The number of accesses was surprising. Here is the data registered until November, 7, 2007:
